Requirements and important conditions
Apply through an authorised agent. The principal must be at least 18, in good health, of good character and able to document the investment funds. Due diligence and interviews apply. Belarusian, Russian, Northern Iraqi and Yemeni restrictions apply; North Korean, Sudanese and Iranian applicants face the published 10-year residence, assets and business exceptions. Check the official nationality restrictions before applying.

Important conditions
Property and contribution options are alternatives; property acquisition and government fees within that option are cumulative. All nationality restrictions and qualifying-dependant rules must be checked with the CBIU.
Start with an authorised agent
The CBIU requires an authorised agent and due diligence. Before paying, check the official nationality restrictions and qualifying-family definitions. The principal must be at least 18, of good character and health, with documented funds.
Compare a contribution with approved property
The EDF is a non-refundable contribution. The property option requires an approved project and a separate government fee. Use the financial options below to add processing, due diligence, certificate and interview charges; agent and enhanced-check costs can be additional.
Prepare family evidence and holding obligations
Collect the application evidence requested by the agent for every included dependant and interview participant. For property, the official rules distinguish the normal holding period from resale to another CBI applicant. Ask for an itemised family quote and written project approval evidence. Citizenship approval remains a government decision.

Use one option only when all its conditions apply. Within that option, every listed requirement must be met together.

Applies when:
- All applicable listed charges apply together; agent, bank and enhanced diligence costs can be additional.
All of the following are required:

- Covers principal plus up to three qualifying dependants. Each additional dependant adds USD 25,000 if under 18 or USD 40,000 if 18+.
