We use essential storage to run the site (your saved programmes and email preference stay in your browser). Accept optional Google, Microsoft and Meta measurement to help us understand usage and advertising results, or reject to keep non-essential tracking off. Privacy policy.
We publish programme facts that have been checked against current official sources. A record can be useful without answering every question: fields we have not established stay marked Not verified or are omitted.
Each record names its reviewer, identifies the method as automated or human, and lists the fields checked. An automated primary-source check examines the cited authority text and records its scope and evidence. It is not a human editorial or legal review. Human editorial review is shown only when a named human completed it; the coverage page counts these methods separately.
Programme status and every published decision-critical claim need current official evidence, a supporting passage or precise location, the source-check date and captured source content hash. The recorded review scope must cover those fields. Approval belongs to the exact record revision and expires with its evidence. A government homepage, successful crawler run or source label alone does not establish a fact.
An exact, source-reviewed historical dossier can remain public and appear in search results when its closure or suspension is supported by current official evidence. It is prominently marked Closed or Suspended and excluded from active catalogue filters, recommendations and programme alerts. A historical page does not imply that new applications are accepted or settle the rights of existing holders.
When a previously approved review becomes overdue, its unchanged exact revision can remain available as a dated reference on its detail page. The page states when it was checked and that current status needs rechecking. It is excluded from current recommendations, APIs and search indexing. Edited, withdrawn or never-approved records do not qualify for this reference view.
Monitoring proposes changes for investigation. A proposal becomes a published correction only after its supporting text is checked, the canonical facts are updated, the exact revision passes publication checks and the applied result is recorded. Source observations are not presented as confirmed policy changes.
Source retrieval, source publication, review, legal effect and our publication date are different events. Financial figures retain their original currencies, time bases and conditions. Deposits, investment, income, assets, fees and tax are different requirements. Conditions within one option apply together; a family extension must not be substituted for a principal requirement.
An unknown value is not zero, false or evidence of eligibility. Programme existence, current application availability, individual qualification, tax treatment and eventual application outcomes are separate questions. A record that cannot establish its status remains outside active recommendations until that is resolved.
