Croatia temporary stay for digital nomads

Croatia permits eligible non-EU/EEA/Swiss remote workers employed by a foreign business or their own foreign company to apply for temporary stay of up to 18 months. Work for Croatian employers is excluded.

Income, funds or investment

EUR 3,622.50/month, or EUR 43,470 savings for 12 months / EUR 65,205 for 18 months; family supplements and fees additional.

Provide passport validity extending three months beyond the intended stay, Croatia-covering health insurance, evidence of foreign remote work, funds, a legalised criminal-record document and a Croatian address. Submit documents in Croatian or English, using an authorised translation where needed.
