Foreigners can purchase property only in areas designated by state approval. They cannot acquire agricultural land or property in regions of strategic importance. Approval from the State Committee and local authorities is mandatory for foreign property acquisitions.

An e-Visa is an easiest way to get permit of entry into the Kyrgyz Republic. All you need to do is to complete the online application form and pay with your credit/debit card instead of applying through the Kyrgyz mission.

Foreign nationals or stateless persons, residing outside the Kyrgyz Republic and wishing to arrive to the Kyrgyz Republic for permanent residence, shall apply for an immigrant status to the diplomatic mission or consular agency of the Kyrgyz Republic abroad personally or through an authorized representative.
