Investor Permit

Investor Permit are issued to foreign investors who intend to invest and operate businesses in Fiji. This section gives you an overview on how to apply for an investor permit. Application must be made by persons over 18 years of age; All documents must be submitted as per Investor Permit Documentary Requirements.

Fiji Residency by Investment Under the ambits of Section 39 of the Immigration Regulation, 2007, Fiji offers a 7-year investor permit to individuals that have invested a minimum of F$250,000 respectively into the local economy.

Investor Permit is granted to non-citizen investors to be engaged in a business project approved by the Fiji Islands Trade and Investment Bureau (FTIB). FTIB approval is via the issuance of a Foreign Investment Certificate (FIC). Authority is under Section 9(2)(c) of the Immigration Act, 2003.
