No individual professional review, new bespoke investigation, application preparation or guaranteed immigration outcome is included. The free comparison remains available without buying.
US$49 once, plus applicable tax. The final amount, including any applicable tax, is displayed before you confirm payment in Stripe. This creates no subscription. After payment is confirmed, your reserved research snapshot is delivered to your signed-in account automatically. Delivery status and recovery are shown on your order page. You can download the PDF and return to the pack from your dashboard. Download and retain a copy for your records.
Generating a pack does not renew the original checks. Conditions can change and your pack remains a historical snapshot with its source dates. Confirm requirements with the relevant authority or adviser before acting. Report errors through the correction form or support email. Account access is provided while the service operates; a purchase does not promise perpetual hosting or ongoing individual monitoring. A refunded or disputed purchase may have its paid workspace access suspended while support reviews it.
You can request a refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing [email protected] with your order reference. You do not need to provide a reason. Refunds are made to the original payment method; processing time depends on the payment provider and bank. Your statutory consumer rights are not limited by this guarantee. If the product is defective, does not match its description or cannot be delivered, contact support for correction or a refund as appropriate, including after this 14-day period where your rights apply. If you were charged but cannot open your pack, do not pay again: use order recovery or contact support.
Saved briefs, pack documents, checklist progress and budgets are private to your account and accessible to authorised site operators to provide and support the service. Optional agency help is a separate request. We ask for permission to contact you and for approval of the named agency and exact information before an introduction. Signing in, saving research or buying a pack is not marketing consent. Never submit identity documents, bank details or unnecessary sensitive information in research questions.
