St Kitts and Nevis CBI 2026 — The Original Caribbean Passport
Current investment options
The Sustainable Island State Contribution (SISC) requires a non-refundable donation of USD 250,000 for a single applicant (USD 300,000 for a family of up to four). The real estate option requires a minimum USD 400,000 investment in an approved project.
Processing time
Standard: 45–60 working days. Accelerated processing (additional fee): 10–15 working days.
Visa-free access
A St Kitts and Nevis passport provides visa-free or visa-on-arrival access to approximately 157 countries including the UK, Schengen zone, Singapore and Hong Kong. No access to the US or Canada without a visa.
Due diligence
St Kitts has a rigorous four-tier due diligence process — among the strongest in the Caribbean. Applicants with criminal records, politically exposed persons (PEPs) and those from certain high-risk countries will not qualify. All applicants must go through approved agents — direct government applications are not possible.
St Kitts vs the alternatives
Dominica is cheaper (USD 100,000 donation for single applicant) but slightly fewer visa-free destinations. Grenada adds the E-2 treaty investor visa pathway to the US. Vanuatu is faster (30–60 days) but less prestigious and fewer visa-free destinations. St Kitts sits at the premium end of the Caribbean CBI market with the strongest due diligence reputation.
